H2O!

I cannot express enough how important water is in a healthy lifestyle. Actually, I can't express how important it is in daily living, period. Our bodies need an adequate amount of water daily to function properly. In all reality, without water we would die.

  1. This is so true! After a recent health scare, I upped my water intake because of some medication I was prescribed, and I have felt amazing since then! Feeling dehydrated is the worst, so water is definitely my beverage of choice now!

  2. I didn't think it would be easy to cut soda out of my diet and drink more water, but it's surprising how easy that actually was! I feel more clean and much better when I drink plenty of water throughout the day :)

  3. I definitely don't drink enough water...I just got a new water bottle that has the ounce count on it so I can track how much I'm drinking. I always feel better when I'm hydrated!
